Own a Function,
Not a Seat

Bosar is an AI consultancy for established businesses. We run structured AI audits that find and quantify waste in a company's operations, then implement the automations that remove it - guaranteed savings, built on the client's existing tools.

Our delivery runs on an AI-first pipeline we built ourselves: agents do the heavy lifting, humans do the judgment. We're a remote-first team working with Australian businesses, founded by two operators. We're small, fast, and building the delivery system of an AI-first company - joining now means owning a function, not filling a seat.

Three ways in

Business Development Manager - AI Advisory

Remote Australia Commission-first, uncapped

You own the sales conversation from qualified booked call to signed engagement. Leads are inbound and pre-qualified - no cold prospecting. You run discovery and decision calls with owners and directors of $1M-$50M businesses, follow a documented sales playbook, and hand closed clients to the delivery team.

  • Own speed-to-lead: when a lead books or enquires, you're on the phone or WhatsApp within minutes - first contact, qualification, and booking confirmation
  • Run the show-up system: WhatsApp touchpoints and a quick confirmation call before every meeting, so booked calls actually happen
  • Run discovery and decision calls (Google Meet) with business owners across Australia
  • Diagnose operational pain and connect it to our AI Audit offer ($3-15K ticket)
  • Chase the loose ends: no-shows rebooked, reschedules handled, open proposals followed up until there's a yes or a clean no
  • Keep the CRM clean: notes, stages, follow-ups, no leads leaking - our AI system does the heavy lifting here, you review and steer
  • Feed insights back to marketing (objections, industries, messaging) and help refine the playbook as call volume grows
  • Native English speaker based in Australia (or deep AU market familiarity)
  • 2+ years closing consultative B2B offers in the $3K-$20K range
  • Comfortable talking operations with engineers and owners - you ask, you don't pitch
  • AI-savvy: hands-on enough with Claude Code, Codex, and MCPs to explain honestly what they do inside a business - and you get the concepts behind an AI operating system. Owners trust people who only promise what's real
  • Self-managed: you run your calendar and your pipeline like it's your own business

Starts part-time, commission-first and uncapped. After the trial period, transitions to a full-time base + commission structure based on your performance.

AI Audit Lead - Forward Deployed Consultant

Remote Australia or Bali / APAC Per-audit engagement

You are the brain of our audits. You embed in a client's business the way a new senior hire would - across several departments at once - interview the people who own the processes, map how work actually flows through a messy real-world company, and judge on the spot what AI can and cannot fix. Our audit pipeline (a system of AI agents) does the heavy extraction and drafting; you do the interviews, the judgment, and the quality bar. You stay the client's brain through implementation, working with our CTO and implementation developers.

  • Run structured stakeholder interviews with client teams (owners, ops managers, floor staff)
  • Synthesize the mess: document processes end-to-end across departments - tools, handoffs, spreadsheets, re-entry, workarounds
  • Make feasibility calls in the room: what's automatable, roughly what effort, what AI should NOT touch
  • Quantify findings: time spent, error cost, capacity locked - build the ROI case
  • QA and co-author the audit deliverable (process maps, findings, prioritized roadmap) with our CTO
  • Scope implementation tickets for the delivery pipeline
  • Over time: help templatize the audit so it runs faster every engagement, with a path to leading the audit practice
  • Tier-1 synthesis: you've run or deeply operated inside a real business function, not just advised on one. Ex-founders, forward deployed / solutions engineers, and consultants who escaped Big-4 AI practices all fit
  • Technical fluency: you can read an architecture, estimate integration effort, and never promise something impossible. You don't need to ship production code
  • AI-native: you work in Claude Code or Codex daily - agents, MCPs, and CLI-driven workflows are your normal toolkit, not something you've read about
  • Client presence: you build trust with skeptical, practical business owners in their own room
  • Strong structured writing - the deliverable is the product
  • Australia-based ideal; Bali / APAC works (client interviews happen in AU business hours, 2-3h offset)

Per-audit engagement fee; an experienced consultant comfortably runs 3+ audits per month. After the trial period, a path to a full-time role leading our audit practice.

AI Implementation Developer

Remote APAC overlap preferred Contract, per-project

You build what the audit blueprint says. After an audit converts to an implementation engagement, you take scoped tickets (integrations, automations, agent workflows, Claude Code plugins) and ship them on the client's existing tools. The Audit Lead and CTO own the client relationship and the spec; you own the build.

  • Implement automations and integrations from scoped tickets (APIs, workflow tools, AI agents)
  • Build on our delivery stack: Claude Code, agent pipelines, pre-configured plugins
  • Write things a small business can actually run: simple, documented, low-maintenance
  • Flag spec problems early to the Audit Lead instead of building around them
  • Solid generalist engineering: APIs, webhooks, data plumbing, scripting; you ship fast without a team around you
  • Hands-on with LLM tooling (Claude Code, agent frameworks) or able to get there in weeks
  • Pragmatic: boring reliable solutions over clever ones
  • Async-friendly written communication; any timezone with APAC overlap preferred

Per-project contract to start. After the trial period, transitions to a core delivery role based on your performance.

Show us, don't tell us

We don't hire off resumes. Every role starts with a short, real work sample - a piece of the actual job - followed by a paid trial working alongside the founders. If you're good, you'll know within weeks, and so will we.

To apply, hit the button on the role that fits. The form asks for your LinkedIn and a few sentences on the most impressive thing you've built, sold, or fixed. No cover letters.
