The practical difference

The useful question is what changes after the lesson.

A team can understand AI and still return to the same habits. We connect learning to recurring tasks, clear review standards and a person who owns the result. Through AI First Academy, employees can build a common foundation, then apply it to work they recognise.

01

A foundation people can work through

Self-paced learning gives employees time to understand the tools, practise and return to a lesson when a task becomes relevant. Topics include working effectively with Claude, organising company context and using Claude Code to build repeatable workflows.

The learning path should match the role. A sales leader reviewing a customer brief needs different depth from the person maintaining an integration. Everyone needs to know how to evaluate the output.

Workshops shaped around your business

We can discuss a workshop format using your team’s recurring tasks and approved examples. The aim is to leave with something concrete: a reviewed brief, a repeatable preparation process or a workflow that the team can continue developing.

Format, participants, preparation and follow-through are agreed for the engagement. Workshops and self-paced learning can be combined; they are not automatically the same package.

03

From a prompt to a repeatable method

A practical workflow names the trigger, the sources, the expected output and the review step. For example, a salesperson can prepare an account brief from approved notes, while an operations colleague can organise the discrepancies in an order export.

Those are starting points for discussion. The appropriate workflow depends on access, data quality, sensitivity and the team’s responsibilities. The person accountable for the work approves the result.

04

Make progress visible to managers

We look beyond lesson completion. Can employees repeat the task? Is the output usable? How much correction does it need? Does the saved effort become capacity for useful work?

A manager or internal champion gives people a place to share examples, improve the instructions and decide which workflows are ready for broader use.

What this gives you

Choose the right learning format.

Start with the people, their current confidence and the work you want to improve. We can discuss a self-paced programme, a focused workshop or a combination with implementation support.
