AI Implementation Developer

Where you fit.

You work from scopes developed through our audits, with the Audit Lead and CTO owning the client relationship and technical direction. The work spans integrations, workflow automation and applied AI, with an emphasis on maintainability and clear operational behaviour.

The work you will own.

• Implement scoped workflows across business systems using APIs, webhooks, scripts and automation platforms where appropriate.
• Build AI steps around explicit inputs, structured outputs and a clear route for human review.
• Handle authentication, validation, retries, duplicate events and failure reporting thoughtfully.
• Test normal paths and the exceptions that matter to the business, using representative examples.
• Document the integration, configuration, operating assumptions and recovery steps so someone else can maintain it.
• Raise ambiguity early, explain trade-offs and keep progress visible to the delivery team.

What you bring.

• Practical evidence of shipping integrations or workflow automation used by other people.
• Confidence with APIs, webhooks, data transformation and at least one general-purpose scripting language.
• Experience integrating language models into workflows, including structured output and validation.
• A habit of checking failure cases and protecting sensitive credentials and business data.
• Clear written communication and enough overlap with APAC working hours to collaborate effectively.

How we work together.

This is remote contract work, scoped and paid per project. We agree the deliverables, acceptance criteria and commercial terms before work begins. The CTO and Audit Lead provide direction and handle client communication.

What good looks like.

The workflow meets its acceptance criteria, exceptions are visible, and the next engineer can understand how it works. A dependable handover is part of the deliverable.
